Very happy with the service. Jamie told me how to disable a malfunctioning smoke alarm over the phone, and we had someone out in a few days to replace all the smoke alarms in the house. It didn't take too long, and was done very neatly.

I found this company based on google reviews and they certainly lived up to their great reviews. Jamie was great from the time I contacted him. His communication was excellent and he arranged a time to come over to check our alarms within 24 hours. He troubleshooted and explained everything very clearly as well and provided us with printed information as well.
I highly recommend the fire alarm specialists and will be using them again when the need arises.

Our real estate agent arranged for our smoke detector testing to be done. The gentleman that came to our home was very friendly, professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing, why it needed to be done and seemed like an old fashioned, honest service. Removed old very expired detectors and installed 2 new ones. Also suggested how we could improve our safety with other positions to install other detectors. Didn't try to push any extra sales. Very happy.
