Although this model was reliable early on, a growing number of units are showing terminal faults within 2–3 years of installation. In 2025 we’ve seen a noticeable increase in service calls and replacement requests, particularly from newer homes where hard-wired interconnection exists. These recurring issues cause ongoing inconvenience for homeowners. Overall, we give this model a 1/5 reliability rating.
